REDMI 17 4G launched in PH: Helio G91 Ultra, 7,500mAh battery, HyperOS 3.0, PHP 11,999 promo price

Alongside the REDMI 17 5G, Xiaomi’s sub-brand has also introduced a 4G variant in the Philippines.

REDMI 17 4G goes official in PH

The REDMI 17 4G comes in Black, Deep Blue, Oak Green, and Vivid Orange colour options, and its chassis carries an IP64 rating.

The front of the device features a 6.9-inch HD+ LCD with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and a peak brightness of up to 825 nits in high brightness mode. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i and has TÜV Rheinland certifications for low blue light, flicker-free viewing, and circadian-friendly operation.

The display

The phone is powered by the 6nm Helio G91-Ultra chipset, clocked at 2.0GHz. It is paired with 4GB or 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB or 256GB of eMMC 5.1 storage. Memory expansion is supported, allowing RAM to extend up to 12GB.

A 7,500mAh battery keeps the device running, with support for 45W wired fast charging and 22.5W wired reverse charging.

For photography, the Redmi 17 4G has a 50-megapixel AI dual rear camera setup, along with an 8-megapixel front camera.

Other features include stereo speakers with up to 300 percent volume boost, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a microSD card slot.

In terms of connectivity, the handset supports WiFi, 4G, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and dual SIM. It runs on HyperOS 3, which is based on Android 16.
