Baseus or "Base on use" is a Chinese digital accessories brand that recently launched locally. They have a wide variety of accessories this is one of them!
Priced at just PHP 1,790, it is one of the more affordable neck hung wireless earphones on the market today.

It is packaged with premium matte textured paper boxes. Inside are the quick start guide, regulatory information and the earphones.

The outer white shell at both ends are made of textured polycarbonate. It has regulatory information, and branding. On the right pod are the indicator LEDs, power button and volume buttons.
The wires are thin but they feel sturdy and resistance to tensions that could break the wire from the main body.
Hidden under a rubber tab is a micro USB 2.0 port for charging. It takes under 2 hours to fully charge the Encok.
In our experience, after a full charge the Encok lasts for an accumulated 18 to 20 hours of run time given that it only has 120mAh battery capacity. The usage is when the earphones is connected to our phone the whole 8 hour working day and during the commute. It would run for three consecutive days before we had to charge it again.

The rest of the features
It uses the latest Bluetooth version so if your devices support it, you can connect to the baseus simultaneously with another Bluetooth device that has a different function.
The main advantage of this product is that it is neck hung which means unlike ear hung Bluetooth solutions is that the weight doesn't get uncomfortable over time on your ears. Coupled with the lightweight but sturdy polycarbonate shell, it weighs almost nothing on the neck than on the ears.
We used this for a couple of our workout sessions and it was stable enough on the neck that it wouldn't fall of easily unless you were doing excessive jumping movements. To fix this we had to affix the body to our shirt. It was also sweat resistant. It ran the full time during our workout without a hitch
Lastly, audio quality is stellar for a Bluetooth earphone! It is not audiophile grade but the volume can get ear popping loud. The details are defined more than average earphones while the mids, lows and highs are evenly distributed with a slight emphasis on bass. The sound stage however isn't that large but this common among earphones.
