Apart from the usual facial recognition, fingerprint scanner, smartphone users in the future might be able to unlock their mobile phones, laptops, and other devices using their heartbeats.

Cool!

It's a method that identifies users by means of blood flow patterns using their finger or wrist.

This has the chance to be a safer and more secure reliable way of unlocking electronic devices as arterial conduction paths of different users are almost never identical.

If this technology will materialize, we could see it in Samsung smartphones and other smart electronic devices in the near future.
