First ever PLDT, Smart, and Cignal in BGC now open!

The first-ever PLDT-Smart Store in the country at BGC is now open. It is a one-stop shop for PLDT, Smart and Cignal subscribers.

They want to make it convenient for subscribers of their three flagship brands for all customer related services. The store's design is centered around providing the best customer service in-store.

The store is supervised by "Experience Officers" who are equipped to handle any customer concern and the proper resolutions for specific concerns. There are self-service InfoTouch booth which allows customers to view and print their bills, check account details, make repair request and more. There is also the Smart Super Kiosk for those who want to settle their bills or request for a SIM card change.

The Broadband Visualizer allows customers ti check the data usage of varying types of online activities as well as show estimated down and up times. The Interactive Table, on the other hand, allows waiting customer to browse, play, watch or listen to music to keep them entertained. There is the Augmented Reality wall for those who want to take selfies while they wait.

PLDT, Smart and Cignal also recently launched the Best Buy Bundle which allows subscribers to get a combo of PLDT's Home Fibr, Smart mobile services and Cignal's Pay TV plans.

The PLDT-Smart store is located at the groud floor of the World Plaza Building in BGC.
