Apple could copy Huawei in 2019 to launch a phone with triple cameras
Huawei popularized phones with dual cameras few years back with the P9. Few months later, Apple followed Huawei's footsteps to announce the iPhone 7 Plus, their first device with a dual camera setup.

This year, Huawei shocked the world with the launch of the P20 Pro, a phone with triple camera setup and changed the mobile photography game once more.
Apparently, Apple is taking notes from Huawei again.
According to a research note from Yuanta Securities analyst Jeff Pu, Apple could possibly launch at least one new iPhone packed with a triple camera sensor in the second half of next year 2019!
According to rumors, the camera system would enable up to 5x zoom. We just don't know if it'll be an optical zoom or a 5x hybrid zoom found in P20 Pro and Mate RS phones.
At least one of those lenses could have 12MP in resolution.
If ever this pans out, let's expect it to be the best camera phone from Apple yet. It should compete or beat the P20 Pro, the highest ranked camera phone today according to DxOMark.
