Huawei places 79th at Forbes Top 100 Most Valuable Brands 2018!

Huawei is now on 79th place at the Forbes Most Valuable Brands 2018 from 88th spot last year!
Huawei on Forbes Most Valuable Brands 2018 list

Forbes recently released their list of Most Valuable Brands for this year. Huawei has a value of $8.4 billion this year from its $7.3 billion value last year. 

Just like last year, Huawei is the sole Chinese brand that is included in the list. Over three decades, the Chinese smartphone brand has grown and for this year with an average $86 billion dollars annual sales. 

Worldwide, Huawei has a 20% market share and the third largest mobile manufacturer brand next to Apple and Samsung. However, the brand has yet to get inside the U.S. market due to security concerns of the U.S. government according to Forbes.

Quck trivia: Huawei was put up by Ren Zhengfei in Shenzhen, China with only $5,680 three decades ago. 

Apple still topped the Forbes Top 100 Most Valuable Brands 2018 followed by Google, Microsoft, Facebook, and Amazon forming the top 5 of the list. You can check in this link the full list. 

It is nice to note that Huawei is continuously innovating smartphones one of which to prove is its latest triple Leica camera equipped Huawei P20 Pro that gained huge attention from people all over the places where the Chinese smartphone brand has market.
