Beyond the Box wins international training competition

Beyond the Box Philippines took home the championship at an impromptu Training Video Competition at the Bandung Trainers Camp in Indonesia last July 16 - 20.

Arvin Dumo and Raffy Colico represented Beyond the Box Philippines

Beyond the Box was represented by Training Specialist Arvin Dumo and Training Supervisor Raffy Colico. They competed against trainers from Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Vietnam, Cambodia and Bangladesh.

This training video competition is a fresh take on the event's usual question-and-answer format. Participants were given a set of instructions that they have to follow such as kepping their video simple and local. They have to consider their audience's knowledge base, language and the terminologies they are familiar with.

The competition allowed the Beyond the Box Training and Development Team, headed by Bodjie Pamintuan, showcase the skills of its trainers.

Their trainers skills and capabilities can be related directly to the company's sales team performance as well as their ability to effectively engage the Filipino users.
