PUBG Mobile and Resident Evil 2 crossover officially announced

PUBG Mobile announced an official crossover with Capcom's Survival-Horror game Resident Evil 2 for Android and iOS devices.

PlayerUnkown's Battlegrounds Mobile revealed that they are going to hold a crossover event with Capcom's Resident Evil 2 remake.

This news was revealed through a Tweet by PUBG Mobile's Twitter account which indicates that something is coming very soon with Resident Evil 2.

This event is in line with the Resident Evil 2 remake from Capcom

This is not the first time that PUBG did a crossover with other brands. During the showing of Suicide Squad, PUBG Corp. revealed the Joker and Harley Quinn skins for PUBG players to acquire. There was a Mission Impossible crossover as well. These events, apart from skins, also included special In-Game rewards and themed challenges.

The RE2 crossover will sure have some RE inspired skins like Leon, Jill Valentine, Chris and maybe even Albert Wesker. 

But, there's no telling how deep the content will go. There is an opportunity to introduce a dedicated RE2 Zombie Mode in game as well but we just have to wait and see.

This can happen just like Fortnite's Halloween event called Fortnitemares 2018.
