Redmi Y3 with 32MP selfie cam teased, the S2 successor?

In a Tweet, Manu Kumar Jain revealed that a new Redmi phone is coming. Based the WiFi certification obtained last month, it could be the Y3.

The Redmi Y3?

Last year, the Redmi Y2 is also known as the selfie-centric Redmi S2 in other parts of the world. It suggest that it will be the company's budget selfie phone of the year.

Based on Manu Kumar Jain teaser, the said handset will feature a 32MP selfie camera. It could be the same Samsung Bright GD1 32MP sensor found on the Vivo V15 series and Huawei P30 series.

Vivo V15 Pro and P30 Pro are two of the most capable selfie phones with AI HDR tech in the market because of the above-mentioned sensor.

Last month's cerifitication also revealed that the possible Redmi Y3 also loads with Android Pie OS with MIUI 10 skin.

Other than that we do not have any other info about the said device. Let's wish that Redmi will release mo info soon.
