PayMaya Philippines recently announced its support for the UP Men's Basketball Team in the upcoming Season 82 of the UAAP.

During the launch, UP's Basketball team players received their own PayMaya cards that they can link to their PayMaya app to enjoy the cashless life. It will also allow the players to use their money in a secure and convenient way.

PayMaya will also be the platform that the student-athletes will use to spend their allowances.

With PayMaya, the players can shop online and in their favorite establishments, send and receive money to and from their loved ones, pay bills, buy discounted prepaid load and gaming pins, and more.   

UP's 2019 UAAP basketball team is one of the most-anticipated team of the year. Their roster is loaded with talents like Kobe Paras, Ricci Paolo Rivero, and Juan Gerardo S. Gomez de Liaño.

In return, UP's players could subtly help PayMaya promote the cashless life further.

Recently, PayMaya also supported Highflyers at the Premier Volleyball League and the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League.

This is not the first time PayMaya Philippines showed support to a promising sports team and endeavor.
