A few weeks after unveiling the Flare X3, Cherry Mobile sent out invites to the members of the press for the launch of the company's next-generation phones on July 25. What it is? The Flare S8 series.

Flare S8 series is coming!

Cherry Mobile's Flare S8 series should be the company's new line of phones to replace the Flare S7 family.

In October 2018, Cherry Mobile released the Flare S7 trio which includes the S7, S7 Deluxe, and S7 Plus. All of those phones are packed with 4 cameras each and highly-competitive specs for the price.

In particular, the Flare S7 Plus is arguably the best phone for its price of PHP 11,999 at that time of the year.

It was followed by the launch of even more affordable Flare S7 phones including the S7 Mini, S7 Lite, S7 Power, S7 Max, and S7 Prime. Those are phones found in the other PHP 4K range.

At PHP 3,699, Flare S7 Power is one of the cheapest phones with 5,000mAh battery in the land.

In short, Cherry Mobile released a total of 8 Flare S7 phones last year.
