Black Shark 2 to launch in the Philippines!

#ThisIsNotADrill! Mi Store Philippines has just teased the arrival of its gaming-focused smartphone, the Black Shark 2.

Xiaomi's gaming-focused phone is coming to the Philippines!

We are not just sure if it is the older Black Shark 2 with SD855 or the newer Black Shark 2 Pro with SD855+ yet.

Anyway, the regular Black Shark 2 is a device highlighting an X-style antenna design for better signal reception, RGB logo at the back, and an improved liquid cooling 3.0 technology.

It uses a 6.39-inch big 19:5:9 FHD+ 2340 x 1080 AMOLED screen with In-Display fingerprint reader, Snapdragon 855 chip with Adreno 640 GPU, up to 8GB RAM, up to 256GB UFS 2.1 storage, and 4,000mAh battery with 27W fast charging tech.

It also has a 48MP f/1.75 Sony IMX586 primary camera + a 12MP 2x telephoto secondary cam. For selfies, it goes with a 20MP snapper.

It also goes with 6GB/8GB/12GB LPDDR4x RAM, 128GB/256GB UFS 2.1 storage, and 4,000mAh battery with USB-C 27W charging.

We hope that the device that they will bring here is the newer Black Shark 2 Pro though.
