There's a spectrum of more than 16 million colors that this line up offers so users can personalize lighting experience. This will allow them to create a suitable ambiance for any events plus there are custom settings and program timers included.

One of the features of Philips Hue lights can you wake someone up mildly by gradually increasing brightness inside the bedroom. Aside from that, there is a geofencing feature on the Philips Hue app that enables the light welcome guests or homeowners.

Moreover, Signify claims that these new smart lighting systems can offer an immersive entertainment system as this can be synced with music, videos, and even games. It can be easily connected with Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube.

Controlling it by voice commands is also possible as the Philips Hue is already a partner with well-known smart home domains such as Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Nest, and Apple HomeKit. As an example, users can utilize chosen smart assistants like Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant to dim the lights before sleeping.

The new Philips Hue range also features dual Bluetooth connectivity and Zigbee technology for extensive compatibility as claimed by the company.

The main products from the Philips Hue system are the Hue White and Color Ambiance (WACA) range. As mentioned, the system produces an entire spectrum of 16 million colors that can be customized however the user wants. 

There is a Hue Starter Kit that composes of three Hue White and Color Ambiance bulbs, plus a bridge to allow the user to add 50 more Philips Hue light bulbs. All of the switches and accessories are controllable by the Phillips Hue app.
