The DiskStation DS120j is designed to store and protect your personal data. Synology touts it to have an easy setup which allows users to back up photos and videos on their mobile devices.

It has Synology Drive that can back up your files on computers easily and synchronize them across different devices. It also has the QuickConnect feature that enables secure anytime and anywhere files access without having to go through complex network configuration. It also has Mac Time Machine support.

The DiskStation DS120j runs on DiskStation Manager which is Synology's data management platform. It comes with complete built-in security and accessibility tools. The device itself is touted to be quiet and energy-efficient.

There's no word about its local SRP and availability yet.
