7-Eleven PH stores to have recycling ATMs nationwide

PSC (Philippine Seven Corporation), the exclusive franchise holder of 7-Eleven Philippines will soon put recycling ATM (Automated Teller Machines) for real-time cash deposits and withdrawals in its stores nationwide.

7-Eleven recycling ATMs in PH soon

The first said that to PSC (Philippine Stock Exchange) that it will be in partnership with PITO (PAPI) AxM Platform, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Japan-based financial institution Seven Bank, Ltd.

Currently, PSC has legacy withdrawal-only ATMs in some of its stores.

Under the agreement, cash-recycling ATMs will be deployed in 7-Eleven stores nationwide starting in June 2020. After that, it is expected to be in all stores in the next few years. Also, the Japanese financial institution will be able to bring its range of ATM solutions to the Philippine market, the first rollout of recycling ATMs outside Japan.

The 7-Eleven ATMs have a cash-recycling function that can dispense banknotes deposited by 7-Eleven stores and customers of PAPI partner banks. All ATM cardholders can benefit from these machines 24/7.

More new services through PAPI's ATM platform will be introduced in the future as well
