LG unveiled its V60 ThinQ 5G with the Snapdragon 865 octa-core processor and Qualcomm's X55 modem that support both mmWave and sub-6GHz 5G types. Inside are 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage with a microSD card slot.

In front of the V60 ThinQ is a large 6.8-inch FHD+ OLED display with the same waterdrop notch from the V50S. On this notch is the 10MP front-facing camera. The display has an in-display fingerprint sensor and Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

At the back is dual camera set-up of a 64MP main camera and a 13MP 117-degree ultra-wide camera that is capable of recording 8K video with HDR10+ support in manual mode.

The phone is IP68 and MIL-STD 810G certified. It is running on Android 10 based LG UX 9.0 with a dedicated Google Assistant button on the left side. Like previous LG phones, it focuses on audio and it has 32-Bit Quad DAC, stereo speakers, and a quad-microphone set-up.

Powering the device is a large 5,000mAh battery with Quick Charge 4+. It supports Wireless charging and WiFi 6.

LG surprised us with a Dual screen accessory that adds another 6.8-inch FHD+ OLED panel. It is housed in a folio case-like form factor that connects via USB-C.

It has a 360-degree Freestop Hinge that allows for laptop, stand and tent modes. At the outer side is a tertiary 2.1-inch display that works as a notification panel.

The V60 ThinQ will come in Blue and White and will be available in the Americas this Spring 2020. There is no word yet on international pricing.
