In a recent Facebook post, Grab announced that their GrabFood and GrabExpress delivery services are back online. Delivery schedules will change to adapt to restaurant operating schedules. However, GrabCar and other Grab transportation services remain temporarily suspended in line with the Luzon quarantine that the Philippine President ordered amid the COVID-19 Pandemic.

On the other hand, Foodpanda e-mailed its customers to let the public know that they are resuming operations in Luzon after the Department of Trade and Industry clarified that food services platforms are allowed to operate as it provides basic necessities.
Foodpanda also said in the e-mail that the company will also be offering free deliveries for every order while introducing new measures to reinforce high food hygiene practices.
