POCO GM answers fan questions on Zoom

On March 26, 2020, POCO GM C Manmohan asked POCO fans if the company should launch tech products aside from smartphones. A 38 percent majority vote went into TWS Earbuds.

Several days later on March 30, C Manmohan held a Zoom meeting with POCO Fans in India where the GM revealed that the POCO F2 smartphone and a POCO branded True Wireless Earbuds are indeed in the works.

The POCO F2 is expected to be the true successor to the game-changing POCOPHONE F1 that was released in 2018. It offered a flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset with Liquid cooling at a price point never before seen with the flagship SoC.

Lastly, the GM hints that the upcoming F2 will not be a rebrand of the Redmi K30 Pro. There is no need to worry either as C Manmohan also said that the POCO F2 will not be priced at INR 20,000 or around PHP 13.5K.

To give context, the original POCOPHONE F1 was priced at INR 20,999 or around PHP 14K.
