Users will have to sign up and answer a survey that follows the triage algorithm approved by the DOH and is also consistent with the WHO's latest surveillance definition of the disease. ENDCoV will determine their health status and offer solutions according to the results like recommending self-quarantine or getting tested for COVID-19.

The app will track the user's timeline and movements like where they go as well as how many WeTrace users are nearby. If one user becomes infected, authorities can easily check the WeTrace data for contact tracing.
