Xiaomi Mi AirDots Pro 2s with wireless charging announced

In China, Xiaomi announced the Mi AirDots Pro 2s, the upgraded version of the Mi AirDots Pro 2 last year.

It sports a similar semi in-ear design, but the case now has a Qi wireless charging support. Moreover, Xiaomi improved its battery life. It now has up to 5 hours instead of 4 hours per earpiece. The total battery life is up to 24 hours from 14 hours with the charging case.

The rest are identical, it still uses a 14.2mm dynamic driver with Bluetooth 5.0 technology, LDAC Hi-Res audio codec, smart voice controls, and a dual microphone with environmental noise cancelation (ENC).

Xiaomi said that it has an improved dual Bluetooth chip for better latency and a more stable connection.

There is an IR sensor for intelligent wear detection and touch controls for volume and track change.

Each bud weighs at 4.5 grams and the case weighs at 52 grams.

It'll be available in White colorway for CNY 399 or around PHP 2.8K out of straight conversion.

The AirDots Pro 2s will go on sale in China starting April 9.
