SKY extends bill collection anew

In an email to its subscribers, SKY assured its clients they could keep enjoying its services as it was extending its bill collection given that Luzon and other parts of the country remain under the enhanced community quarantine to prevent COVID-19.

Keeping you and your family safe is of utmost importance to us. We encourage everyone to stay home and stay out of harm's way, SKY said. 

The firm also noted the introduction of SKY e-Bill, allowing subscribers to access their statement of account via email. It temporarily halted the delivery of physical bills to ensure the safety of its clients and couriers. 

As the operation of its service team was also suspended, SKY said subscribers can access through its webform the Do-It-Yourself guides and How-Tos for basic service concerns. 

SKY subscribers are also encouraged to take advantage of the mySKY App to monitor their account details, purchase additional content, and contact SKY.
