OPPO shows support for COVID-19 frontliners
OPPO said it partnered with Franco’s Friends and Face Shields for Frontliners for its #GiftOfHopeAndLove campaign.
Through the project, we continue to show our gratitude and support for our modern-day heroes as they put their lives on the line for the whole community, OPPO said.
For two days, the company and Franco's Friends provided Hoisin Orange Chicken meal packs to six hospitals: UP Philippine General Hospital, San Lazaro Hospital, San Juan de Dios Hospital, St. Luke’s Medical Center, Philippine Orthopedic Center, and UST Hospital.

In total, 900 meals were delivered to Filipino health workers last April 27 and 28.
To address the protective-gear shortage, OPPO with Face Shields for Frontliners also donated 8,000 pieces of medical face shields.
They were delivered to the Philippine Navy, Philippine Red Cross, and Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital Manila.
Face Shields for Frontliners has tapped local tricycle drivers, construction workers, and other daily laborers, who are displaced due to the health crisis, for the production of the face shields.
GIZGUIDE is the media partner of OPPO for the said initiative.
