Xiaomi to launch Global Redmi Note 9 and Note 9 Pro in PH on May 26

Following the success of Redmi Note 9S, Xiaomi shared on Facebook that the rest of the Redmi Note 9 Series will go official in the Philippines on May 26. It includes the global version of the Note 9 and Note 9 Pro.

As a quick recap, the Redmi Note 9s the first in the world equipped with the Helio G85 chipset. Helio G85 is the slightly upgraded version of the G80. This is a budget chip designed for gaming.

The phone also sports a large 6.53-inch FHD+ display with punch-hole at left for the 13MP f/2.25 selfie camera, 5,020mAh battery with USB-C fast charging, and a 48MP quad-camera configuration.

On the other hand, the Redmi Note 9 Pro is the beefier version of the Redmi Note 9S. It is a device equipped with a Gorilla Glass 5 protected 3D curved back, 6.67-inch FHD+ display with punch-hole in the middle, 5,020mAH battery with USB-C 30W fast charging, and a 64MP quad-camera configuration.
