Huawei MateBook D 14 with up to AMD Ryzen 7 launched in PH, starts at PHP 39,990

Huawei today formally launched the MateBook D 14 with AMD inside for the Philippine market.

Huawei MateBook D 14 arrives in PH

Huawei MateBook D 14 is the smaller yet more capable version of the MateBook D 15. It uses the same aluminum metal body with a smaller 14-inch FHD+ screen, 84 percent screen-to-body ratio, 178-degree viewing angle, 250 nits brightness, and a tiny 4.8mm bezel.

Immersive screen

Huawei made this slim bezel possible by hiding the Privacy recessed camera on the keyboard.

To let its users enjoy a more comfortable and safer viewing experience, it has TÜV Rheinland certification to reduces eye-impairing blue light.

Shark Fin 2.0 fan design

Under the hood, the laptop is powered by either AMD Ryzen 5 3500U or the more powerful Ryzen 7 3700U chip. It also has 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD, and a larger 56WHr battery (9.5 hours 1080p videos) with a small USB-C 65W Switching Power Adaptor.

The 65W charger of this device is designed to charge the phone to 46 percent in just 30 minutes.

To keep the performance in check, it has the Shark Fin 2.0 fan design to effectively optimize airflow and dissipate heat rapidly and quietly.

The device also has a fingerprint reader/power button, backlit keyboard, and Windows 10 Home OS with Huawei Share.
