Facebook rolls out New Pages |
For easier navigation and more engagement with followers or fans
Aside from making the platform more user-friendly, the social media giant is also bringing new ways to increase community engagement. Now, users can discover and join conversations, follow trends, interact with peers, and engage with fans.
In addition to that, there's going to be a dedicated News Feed that will also suggest new connections. It can be other public figures, Pages, Groups, and trending content that public figures or brands may be interested in. Also, people can now follow Pages directly from comments and recommendations posts.

More streamlined look |
As for the design, Facebook said that it's now more convenient to switch to a personal profile from the public page and vice-versa. They also changed the look so it appears cleaner and organized so it's easier to see bios, posts, and other necessary data.
Meanwhile, the company already removed the like button with this explanation in a blog post,
We are removing Likes and focusing on Followers to simplify the way people connect with their favorite Pages.
Moreover, the remarkable changes include the following: updated task-based admin controls, actionable insights, and safety features. Allegedly, the new safety features will guarantee proper detection of spam and impersonator accounts.
According to Facebook, they are planning to bring more experiences for pages in the coming months as well.
Any thoughts on these changes?
