Globe reopens 196 stores nationwide to serve the masses

Globe announced that 99 percent of its stores have reopened nationwide except for one in BGC. A total of 196 stores are now operational.

Globe Stores are now ready to serve again

Globe Stores were closed in March 2020 to comply with the lockdowns implemented due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As government restriction relaxed, Globe began opening select stores with skeletal workforces back in May 2020.

In 2021, with a more relaxed situation, Globe deemed it necessary to reopen as many stores as possible to serve more customers. The company promises that safety protocols will be strictly implemented on the premises still.

The Globe Stores will offer assistance for concerns regarding postpaid plan renewal, postpaid applications, reactivation of terminated accounts, device pick-up, myBusiness application, prepaid products, and more. After-sales concerns such as change of ownership, change of SIM, device return/replacement, and reconnection of accounts are also accommodated.
