Globe urges customers to #DoItRight

The company, in a statement, encouraged its customers to be vigilant in purchasing its Globe At Home modems.

Globe said the modems involved are the Tozed S10G models with two antennas, stressing the group is the only authorized distributor of these Tozed S10G modems in the Philippines.

So, how can you tell if these modems are from Globe?

● There is the Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi logo located in front of the modem;
● There is a Globe sticker located at the back of the unit, particularly at the upper portion showing the basic guides
● The Globe seal is located in the middle of the back of the modem.

Buying tampered modems will also void the original warranty, the telco said.

Customers are urged to only buy from legitimate Globe stores across the country. If they opt to purchase online, Globe said it has official stores on Shopee and Lazada as well as https://shop.globe.com.ph/broadband.

The telco giant also encourages customers to report suspicious activities involving Globe's products.
