New UI, processor, and more!

The Samsung Galaxy Watch4 series comes in two variants of Galaxy Watch4 Classic and Galaxy Watch4.

Samsung Galaxy Watch4 Classic

First up, the Samsung Galaxy Watch4 Classic. This pricier variant will be available in two models of 42mm with a 1.19-inch display and 46mm with a bigger 1.36-inch display.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch4 Classic also sports a stainless body with a silver rotating bezel and flat side buttons. On top, the display is protected by Gorilla Glass DX. The Galaxy Watch4 Classic packs 247mAh and 361mAh battery (depending on the size), GPS, body composition analysis, advanced sleep, VO2 Max, blood oxygen monitoring, heart rate monitoring, and ECG monitoring.

The new watch also features a Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) sensor that can measure body fat composition, enabling users to see just how close they are to their fat melting goals.

It also has a 5ATM water resistance and MIL-STD 810G durability rating.

Meanwhile, the regular Samsung Galaxy Watch4 will be available in 40mm with a 1.2-inch display and 44mm with a 1.3-inch display. Both will carry Samsung's Super AMOLED display. It also has interchangeable straps with the following choice colors: white, olive green, navy blue, red, and yellow.

Similar to the Classic version, the Galaxy Watch4 is powered by the new 5nm processor called the Exynos W920. It is paired with 1.5GB RAM and 16GB internal storage.

It also packs 247mAh and 361mAh batteries depending on the size. Just like the Classic version, it also has the Samsung BioActive Sensor (optical heart rate sensor PPG) alongside the Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis sensor (BIA).

Of course, we won't forget about the main highlight. Samsung Galaxy Watch4 series runs on the Google Wear OS instead of Tizen. Both smartwatches carry the new interface of the Google Map and will be able to share data on more third-party apps.

Alongside Bixby, Google Assistant is there for Galaxy Watch4 series users. There's more to explore since this is the first time Samsung Galaxy Watch is running on the Google Wear OS.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch4 series is available in the following colorways:
Galaxy Watch4 - black, silver, green (online exclusive 44mm only), and pink gold (online exclusive 40mm only)
Galaxy Watch4 Classic - black, silver

Samsung Galaxy Buds2

Of course, Samsung Unpacked 2021 won't be complete without the release of its latest TWS earphones. The anticipated Galaxy Buds2 has Bluetooth 5.2 for seamless connectivity, a 61mAh battery for each earbud, 472mAh for the charging case, and charges on USB-C.

It also has a total of three mics (two outer + one inner). The Samsung Galaxy Buds2 has the following sensors: accelerometer, gyro, proximity, hall, touch, and VPU (voice pickup unit).

In terms of the speaker, it sports a two-way woofer and tweeter. It's also lightweight weighing only 5 g for each earbud.
