The billionaire shared that it is a 5 foot 8 tall "bi-pedal" humanoid robot that weighs 125 points with a maximum speed of 5 mph (miles per hour). It has a carrying capacity of 45 lbs and a deadlift capability of 150 pounds. Its arm extends lift is 10 pounds.

If you are afraid of it, Musk joked that you can basically outrun it. An average human can run for about 8 mph.

The robot boasts 40 electromechanical actuators. There are 12 each in the arms, legs, and hands as well as 2 each in the neck and torso. The robot has eight autopilot cameras, screen for displaying information in the head, and a Full Self-Driving (FSD) Computer.

Tesla said that it uses all the same tools that the company has in its cars.

Musk notes that its users could talk to the robot to help get groceries, pick up a bolt and attach it to the car with the wrench, and more.

Musk noted that the prototype for the Tesla Bot will be available sometime in 2022 next year.
