PLDT Enterprise extended its FREE connectivity service to the city of Linamon, Lanao del Norte in aid of its COVID-19 vaccine rollout.

PLDT Enterprise helps Lanao del Norte vaccination sites with FREE internet

PLDT installed fixed and broadband lines that would enable communication and data management for the Municipal Civic Auditorium vaccination site in Linamon, Lanao del Norte for FREE.

According to Linamon Mayor Randy J. Macapil, the free internet access PLDT provided helped in the government's operation especially during the pandemic. The frontliners and officers can transmit real-time data easily and quickly.

PLDT aims to help the government in its journey to reach herd immunity. PLDT Enterprise has been actively supporting the national government’s drive to combat the spread of the virus through initiatives that boost the delivery of COVID-19 relief response.

 

Various municipal governments across the country have also received FREE internet connections from PLDT Enterprise to support the students’ online learning and the online operations of local businesses.
