Fiber broadband provider Converge ICT is facing another major network outage, possibly disconnecting thousands of its subscribers.

In an advisory on its Facebook page, Converge ICT said it already tapped its technical team to resolve connectivity issues on Saturday, November 20.
Our technical team is working to resolve the issue and restore your connection. A service ticket is not required. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, the company said in a statement.
The group did not specify which areas are affected by the outage, but monitoring service Fing showed that connectivity issues cover Calabarzon, Metro Manila, Quezon City, and 10 more areas.

In a separate Facebook post, Sadra Zia, segment marketing manager for Consumer at Converge ICT, said the company already restored internet service in some areas.
Converge ICT is under fire on Twitter after its subscribers took to social media their dismay amid the group's unreliable internet service, affecting the clients' remote working and distance learning.
Earlier this week, Converge's outage also hit subscribers residing in Quezon City and Camanava.
