Nokia X100 5G with SD480 and ZEISS cameras now official

HMD Global today launched the X100 5G in US, the company's newest 5G-ready mid-range Android smartphone.

The X100 5G follows the common Nokia design featuring a 3D curved back with a circular camera hump in Midnight Blue colorway. In front, the device features a Gorilla Glass 3 protected 6.67-inch 1080p LCD screen with a punch-hole for the 16MP selfie camera.

Inside, the device is powered by the 2.0GHz 8nm Snapdragon 480 octa-core processor with Adreno 619 GPU. This is an SoC solution with an integrated Snapdragon X51 5G Modem-RF system with support for mmWave and sub-6GHz global 5G. It is paired with 6GB RAM, 128GB expandable storage, and a 4,470mAh battery capacity with USB-C 18W fast charging.

For cameras, you will find a ZEISS-enhanced quad-cam configuration featuring a 48MP main shooter with PDAF focus, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle cam, a 2MP macro cam, and a 2MP depth camera.
