Xiaomi Mi Rabbit Children’s Learning Watch 5 Pro with 3D floor positioning and dual cameras introduced!

Xiaomi just released a new watch targeted at children dubbed Mi Rabbit Children’s Learning Watch 5 Pro.

The watch comes with several upgrades over previous models

The tech giant announced that this Mi Rabbit (Mi Bunny) brand has a wide array of products designed with the unique needs of kids in mind.

The Mi Rabbit Children’s Learning Watch 5 Pro is equipped with multiple improvements over its predecessor. This one comes with dual cameras, NFC support, 3D floor positioning, and others.

In front of this smartwatch, there's a square watch face with a 1.78-inch retina screen and has a resolution of 448x368 pixels as well as a pixel density of 326ppi. Xiaomi also adds a layer of  Corning Gorilla glass with diamond-like coating technology providing strong scratch resistance protects its display.

Xiaomi Mi Rabbit Children’s Learning Watch 5 Pro offers 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage It also sports a waterdrop notch which houses the 13MP main camera that is meant for video calls. Meanwhile, the 5MP front-facing is located on the frame just above the strap. This camera will enable parents to view the surrounding environment of the child's location.

Moreover, this wearable features different sports modes like skipping rope, roller skating, mountaineering,  outdoor running, outdoor cycling, walking, and many more.

This smartwatch for kids also supports heart rate monitoring. In addition to that, it has a PPG heart rate sensor to monitor movement and provide early warning when the heart rate is too high.

For sensors, the Mi Rabbit Children’s Learning Watch 5 Pro supports positioning functions such as GPS, Beidou, and Base Station. It also supports indoor positioning in large shopping malls, high-speed rail stations, and airports across China.

Other features include a wide range of teaching and auxiliary apps that Xiaomi claims to be kids-friendly. It supports Hand WeChat, QQ, voice chat, and video calling.
