iQOO Neo 5s with SD888, 120Hz OLED screen to launch in December 20

A new flagship device for iQOO has been confirmed for a December 20 launch and it is called the Neo 5s. It is expected to have the SD888 chipset.

According to leaks, the Neo 5s will have a 2400 x 1080 FHD+AMOLED screen with a 120Hz high refresh rate. According to the Google Play Developer console, it will also have the 2.84GHz Snapdragon 888 octa-core processor, Adreno 660 GPU, and 12GB RAM. Another variant is rumored to have 8GB RAM with 4GB virtual RAM expansion.

In terms of other specs, it is expected to have a 48MP Sony IMX598 main camera sensor with OIS, In-Display fingerprint sensor, USB-C 66W fast charging, and stereo speakers.

There's also a cheaper version expected to have the Snapdragon 778G+ octa-core processor. It is also touted to be the first iQOO device to sport the OriginOS Ocean operating system.

We can expect more information to be confirmed as the December 20 launch date draws closer.
