As part of its 40th Anniversary celebration, Sharp Philippines will be releasing a Special Edition of its products.
To recap, Sharp is a known contender for the Electronics and Appliances industry. Yet they started small and unrelated to its current business as the company founder Tokuji Hayakawa who originated in Honjo, Tokyo back in 1912 invented the belt known as "Tokubijo Snap Buckle". He then created the first-ever Hayakawa Mechanical Pencil three years later, which became known simply as the Ever SHARP Pencil.
Fast forward to 1982 as Sharp continue to innovate its products set foot first in the Philippines with the Black & White Television which then followed by the Colored TVs sent throughout the country. By 1984, the company began to produce Cassette Tape Recorder. They also notice the growing demand for other appliances such as Washing Machines, Karaoke, and Electric Fans.
Today the company offers modern refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, audio products, home kitchen appliances, Plasmacluster Ion Air purifiers, and other items that will benefit the health and well-being of its customers while also being safe for the environment.
With a rich history of 40 years, as part of its celebration, the company will be releasing a Special Edition of its products. Those items will range from Washing Machines, Electric Fans, LED TVs, and Karaoke.
In addition, Sharp will also organize a Service Caravan to meet service needs in the provinces, with the purpose of reaching out to more Filipinos, particularly in rural areas. Customers will receive a 40% discount on parts and services from the caravan.
