Waterlogic recently launched its Aqua SmartGuard water purifiers in the country. The Aqua SmartGuard is a COVID-19-safe water purifier that uses Firewall UVC technology to guarantee up to 99.99 percent protection against bacteria, viruses, and cysts such as salmonella, E Coli, and the COVID-19 virus. It also has a unique quartz double helix that ensures targeted light waves reach each drop of water at the point of dispense for complete purification.

The Aqua SmartGuard units use BioCote's silver ion technology to keep microbial cells from growing on the cube's external surfaces. In just 15 minutes, it drastically reduces the presence of microorganisms on the machine, and in just 2 hours, it removes bacteria by up to 99.5 percent.

A carbon filter in the Aqua SmartGuard purification unit eliminates particles that give the water a foul taste and odor while leaving the necessary and beneficial minerals in place. It can collect particles as small as one micron in size, reducing chlorine and other pollutants in the water significantly.
