vivo V20 receives an Android 12 update based on Funtouch OS 12.0, a software upgrade that provides security and added features.
The update has a size of 4.16GB that will bring an all-new experience for the V20 users. It also includes an added feature on the home screen in which the size and rounded corner settings can be adjusted for home screen icons.
They also added Safety and emergency feature on the settings to let users handle unforeseen situations. Additionally, there's also an Extra dim mode for a more comfortable visual experience in extremely dark places. vivo also included the Nearby Sharing feature so that connected WiFi networks can be shared.
The Android 12 software update also brings new features on the Security and Privacy such as the "approximate location" is given to apps. This means that your apps will only get the approximate location rather than the precise one.
Lastly, You can also see how apps have accessed the Location, Camera, and Microphone for the past 24 hours and directly manage app permissions.
Android 12 was first launched as Snow Cone in October of last year and has lately been rolled out across a variety of smartphone brands.
