Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5 Gen 7 AMD version announced
Lenovo released a new AMD-powered 2-in-1 laptop called the Ideapad Flex 5 Gen 7 that comes in 14 and 16-inch models.

New Lenovo flex laptops announced!
The portable machine is designed to rotate its screen up to backward allowing users to transform it into a tablet. Both display variants come in multiple resolutions, brightness options, and 16:10 aspect ratio.

The first would be 16-inch with 2.5K resolution, 400 nits brightness, 60Hz refresh rate, and 100 percent sRGB.
It is followed by a 16-inch with 1080p resolution, 300 nits brightness, 60Hz refresh rate, and 45 percent NTSC coverage.
Meanwhile, the 14-inch model will have a 2.2K resolution, 300 nits brightness, 60Hz refresh rate, and 100 percent sRGB coverage.
There's also a Full HD model of the 14-inch with 300 nits brightness, 60Hz refresh rate, and 45 percent NTSC coverage.
The devices are powered with Ryzen 5000 series APUs with options of either the Ryzen 3 5300U, Ryzen 5 5500u, or Ryzen 7 5700U. All of which are supported with Vega mobile graphics. They are also paired with up 16GB LPDDR4X RAM, and up to 1TB PCIe SSD storage.
As for the battery, Lenovo claims that the Ideapad Flex 5 Gen 7 is rated to last 12 hours of video playback under a full charge. It charges from zero to full within 2 hours and 15 minutes.

There's also a noticeable VGA camera based on the renders shown.
For connectivity, it has WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, 1x USB-C 3.2 Gen 2, 2x USB-A Gen 1, 1x HDMI 1.4b, 4-in-1 SD card reader, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The software side will run Windows 11 out of the box.
There is no information yet regarding its prices but the laptops are expected to be out by the second quarter of this year in Europe, North America, Asia, and Oceania markets.
