In terms of design, it has an ultra-slim body with a 7.1 mm thickness. In terms of colors, the Sea Blue and Star Gray seem the typical tablet colors we usually see but the Flourescent Green features black racing flag accents along the side of the square camera island.

For the screen, it has an 11-inch LCD screen with a 2000 x 1200 resolution, up to 450 nits brightness, 84.6 percent, and DC dimming. Inside, it comes with the 6nm Snapdragon 695 octa-core processor, Adreno 619 GPU, up to 6GB RAM, up to 128GB expandable storage, and an 8,340mAh battery with 33W fast charging.

For cameras, it has a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP 105-degree ultra-wide front camera. It run Android 11 with realme UI 3.0 for Pad. It also has dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, quad-speakers, Dolby Atmos support, GPS, GLONASS, Hi-Res Audio certification, and USB-C.

The realme stylus and the realme Smart Keyboard are two additional accessories. The stylus offers a pressure sensitivity of 4096 levels, a 240Hz touch sampling rate, a 360-degree concealed button, and magnetic charging. The Smart Keyboard features Bluetooth connection to the tablet, 1.3 mm key travel, multi-function shortcut keys, and is constructed of skin-friendly and ecologically friendly leather.
