The POCO X4 GT features a flat design with a rectangular camera island housing the triple-camera setup and LED flash. It also has a dewdrop notch for the selfie camera on top of the screen. It measures 163.64x 74.29 x 8.9mm and weighs 198 g. It is also IP53 splash resistant.

The screen features a 6.6-inch IPS panel with a 2460 x 1080 FHD+ resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, 7-stage DynamicSwitch, a 270Hz touch sampling rate, 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut, Dolby Vision, 650 nits peak brightness, and 407 ppi pixel density. It also has Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

Inside, it features the 5nm 2.85GHz MediaTek Dimensity 8100 octa-core processor, Mali-G610 GPU, 8GB LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage, and a 5,080mAh battery with 67W fast charging support. It is also cooled by LiquidCool Technology 2.0, a bigger vapor chamber, and 7-layers of graphite.

For photos and videos, it has a triple-camera setup at the back with a 64MP f/1.89 main sensor + 8MP f/2.2 120-degree ultra-wide-angle sensor + 2MP f/2.4 macro sensor with LED flash. It also has a 16MP f/2.45 front camera.
