HONOR X8 5G is now official in China with Snapdragon 480+

HONOR X8 5G features the Snapdragon 480+ and 48MP main camera

In terms of design, it features a square-camera bump at the back and a dewdrop notch for the selfie camera. It has a 6.5-inch 1600 x 720 HD+ resolution, a 60Hz refresh rate, 20:9 aspect ratio,  and 270 ppi pixel density.

Inside, it features the 2.2GHz Snapdragon 480+ octa-core processor, Adreno 619 GPU, 6GB RAM, 128GB expandable storage, and a 5,000mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging. For cameras, it has a 48MP f/1.8 main camera + 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor + 2MP f/2.4 macro sensor with LED flash. For selfies, it has an 8MP f/2.0 sensor.

Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, dual-band WiFi, 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo, NFC, and USB-C. It runs Android 11 out of the box with Magic UI 4.2. 

The HONOR X8 5G will be available in Ocean Blue and Midnight Black. Pricing and availability are yet to be unveiled. We will update you as soon as we get more information.
