vivo Y77 China version announced with Dimensity 930!

Recently, vivo announced Y77 5G in Malaysia with Dimensity 810, this time a China version pops up with the same name and comes with higher internals.

This new China version also looks identical to its counterpart bearing the colorful attractive rear cover, big camera island as well a centered-punch hole on its display.

The difference comes with the display as it now has a bigger 6.64-inch IPS LCD panel with FHD+ resolution, a higher 120Hz refresh rate, and now with a 240Hz touch sampling rate.

It also has the first 6nm 2.2GHz Dimensity 930 octa-core processor with IMG BXM-8-256 GPU. vivo also paired it with three RAM selections such as 6GB, 8GB, or 12GB, and two storage choices of 128GB or 256GB.

The battery is lowered to 4,500mAh but it will be charged with a faster 80W dual-core Flash Charge tech by vivo.

Other features mentioned were the side-mounted fingerprint reader and facial recognition.

Even though vivo did not include the 5G in its name, this also has the 5G connectivity as well as the 4G,  dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, and USB-C.

As for the Operating System, the phone runs Android 12 with Origin OS Ocean skin.

vivo Y77 12GB/256GB - CNY 1,999 (around PHP 16.7K)

The handset can now be ordered online through the vivo store in China and is available in Cyrstal Diamond, Crystal Black, and Summer Sea colors.

We can't say yet if they arrive here in the Philippines.
