GoTyme Bank, Visa, and BancNet have worked together to make high-quality bank services and online payment transactions more accessible to more Filipinos.

Visa ATM debit card?

The three institutions introduced the new GoTyme Visa ATM Debit card that will be given out for free to all GoTyme Bank account holders. This high-quality card will allow everyone to enjoy the benefits of Visa transactions worldwide while including withdrawals from any ATM when traveling outside of the country.

Powering the service is BancNet, the country’s sole ATM operator. The multi-bank, multi-channel electronic payments network will enable GoTyme cardholders to transact at Automated Teller Machines (ATM) and point of sale (POS) terminals. Mobile phones and the Internet can also access a wide range of services thru different channels including real-time fund transfers and payment purchases by direct debit to an account through InstaPay.

Both the virtual and physical cards will have the same number and will be personalized to the cardholder’s name. Interested consumers can download the GoTyme app are able to generate a Visa-powered virtual card for free that they can use to make digital payments and other related transactions. A more accessible and safer way to access the services will offer a better banking experience for Filipinos.

The Visa debit card enables easy access to banking and payment platforms through the Visa Debit card. These personalized cards will be issued in real-time through the GoTyme Bank kiosks and can be used for e-commerce and the physical card can be also used for transactions abroad.
