#ESGS2022: Acer PH sold Predator laptops starting at PHP 45K, now sold out

To those who missed it, Acer recently dropped the prices of several Predator-branded devices at the ESGS 2022 event (October 28-30, 2022) at the SMX Convention Center, Pasay City, Metro Manila.

One of them is the Predator Helios 300 gaming laptop with 10th Gen Intel Core i7 processor + RTX 3060 GPU. From PHP 89,999, Acer priced it at just PHP 44,999.50. Moreover, it arrived with a FREE Acer loot bag and a Gaming Chair. 

They also sold a version with 11th Gen Intel Core i7 chip + RTX 3060 for PHP 47,999 (from PHP 94,999) and RTX 3070 edition for just PHP 59,999 (from PHP 99,999). All were unbelievable deals.

The result? The company announced that they sold every Predator-branded laptop during the event.

Some netizens were not happy with how Acer handled the sale though. Some who went to the event claimed that the company only allotted a unit or two per unit and it is just a marketing gimmick.

Netizens also criticized the reply comment of its official social media page to its customers to "stay tuned for our next" update, then the next update is all laptops were "sold out" already.

Anyway, Acer said that its deals on laptops and monitors are still up for grabs.
