Google Pixel 7a is rumored to have significant improvements from last-gen!

Rumored Google Pixel 7a specs include a 90Hz screen and 64MP main camera

One of the key improvements the Pixel 7a has over the Pixel 6a is the 90Hz FHD+ screen from a 60Hz refresh rate. It will also come with wireless support which is absent from the last-gen model.

A 64MP Sony IMX787 sensor, a significant improvement over the IMX363 in the Pixel 6a, is reportedly rumored to be included in the Pixel 7a, along with a Sony IMX712 ultra-wide camera. Google has taken down references to the 50MP Samsung GN1 sensor, so testing with it is likely possible.

The Qualcomm WCN6740 WiFi 6E + Bluetooth combo chip also points in another interesting speculation. The Google Pixel 7a could feature a Snapdragon SoC instead of Google's Tensor G2 from the Pixel 7 and 7 Pro.

The Google Pixel 7a is expected sometime in 2023. More information is expected in the coming months.
