The lineup comprises four models. The RX 7600M XT, RX 7600M, RX 7700S, and RX 7600S.The M stands for performance models while the S is classified as efficiency models. According to AMD, these products directly compete with the RTX 3060 laptop graphics.

All of the laptop GPUs in the Radeon 7000 series have a 128-bit memory interface and 8GB of GDDR6 memory. While all four cards use the RDNA 3 architecture and are constructed using the older 6nm TSMC technology versus the newer 5nm process.

The photo below demonstrates their differences each other versus the previous 6000 series GPUs.

Specifically, the RX 7600M XT has a total power draw of 120W and is the strongest among the group with its 32 compute units (CUs), 2,048 shaders, and 32MB cache. The brand claims it beats the RTX 3060 with 12GB memory on the game Hitman 3 reaching 184 fps as opposed to 160 fps.

The non-XT edition has 28 CUs and 1,792 shaders and has a lower TDP of 50W to 90W only.

The RX 7700S has 32 CUs and 2048 shaders as well and can do 87 fps in Cyberpunk 2077 and 147 fps in Death Stranding on 1080p maxed settings.

While the lowest RX 7600S has similar compute units, shaders, and TDP to the non-XT variant.
