HONOR has a new entry-level smartphone called the X8a featuring high-megapixel sensors and a big display.
The HONOR X8a highlights 100MP primary sensors w/ f/1.9 aperture and autofocus + 5MP ultra-wide sensor and 2MP macro helper.
When it comes to design it is slightly simpler than its sibling, it still has a glossy back and squared-camera island which comes in Black, Silver, or Green color options.
Upfront, you'll see a centered dot notch with a 16MP selfie shooter in the 6.7-inch LCD screen with Full HD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate.
Inside, the phone is equipped with a 12nm MTK Helio G88 octa-core processor with Mali-G52 MC2. It is paired with 6GB or 8GB RAM and 128GB but non-expandable storage.
The battery gets 4,500mAh and supports USB-C 22.5W fast charging capability.
Connectivity-wise the phone uses 4G LTE, WiFi (dual-band), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, NFC, and dual SIM support.
For software, it runs Android 12 with MagicUI 6.1 skin on top.

The phone is now available for pre-order at the UK HONOR website. While those who will pre-order will receive a FREE HONOR Band 6 wearable.
No word yet for PH release however, stay tuned in the meantime for more updates.
