TECNO is spotted teasing the PH market with its upcoming high-end smartphone called the Phantom X2.
To recap, the handset boasts a tall and narrow form-factor slim bezels, and a squared camera island at the center of the back.
The phone is equipped with a 6.8-inch AMOLED screen with FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 20:9 aspect ratio, 387 ppi pixel density, and Gorilla Glass Victus protection.
Inside, it is using 4nm 3.05GHz MTK Dimensity 9000 octa-core processor, Mali-G710 MC10 GPU, up to 8GB RAM, up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage, and 5,160mAh battery 45W Super Charge.
For the cameras, it has a combination of 64MP Ultra Clear RGBW for main with 5P+1G lens, OIS + 13MP ultra-wide-angle camera + 2MP depth helper w/ LED flash. While the selfie shooter uses a 32MP sensor.
The rest are WiFi 6, 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, GPS, GLONASS, an In-display fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, and USB-C.
For the software, it runs Android 12 with HiOS skin on top.
Unfortunately, there's no official price yet but it was announced in Saudi Arabia back in December with a price tag of SAR 2,700 which is around PHP 40K if converted directly with no taxes and duties yet.
For availability, it looks like it is just around the corner and we'll just have to wait for TECNO's official announcement.
