Redmi Watch 3 with Always-on AMOLED screen and 12-day battery life arrives in PH!

Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi has introduced a new health-focused smartwatch with 12-day battery life and monitoring for heart rate, sleep and SpO2.

Alongside the new Redmi Note 12 series, Xiaomi Philippines has introduced the third-generation Redmi Watch.

The new smartwatch features a large 1.75-inch AMOLED touch display with a 390 x 450 resolution, a 600 nits peak brightness and anti-fingerprint coating. Under the hood is an unnamed SoC with a 289mAh battery that is rated for 12 days of 'typical' use.

It comes with a microphone and a speaker. The watch connects wirelessly thru Bluetooth 5.2 and it supports Android 6.0 or higher or iOS 12 or higher.

Sensors for Heart Rate (24-hour monitoring), Blood Oxygen, Sleep are included alongside the accelerometer, gyroscope, and geomagnetic sensor. These sensors along with the software allow it to monitor and record up to 120 different workout modes. It even has a 10-built-in running course with different training intensities according to the user's own physical condition. This makes it perfect for those who prioritize fitness.

The watch's body is water resistance rated for up to 5ATM. It measures 42.58 x 36.56 x 9.99mm and weighs 37 grams with the strap.

Xiaomi says the strap features an innovative memory loop design.

Users can pick between 200+ watch faces which allows for a different watch face each day.

In the event of an emergency, the user can tap the side button three times quickly to call an emergency contact.

Lastly, the device supports Amazon Alexa voice assistant.
