Leak? Rumor? Infinix could launch a Nothing Phone (2)-like smartphone series soon

Based on new reports, Infinix is working on a new smartphone series boasting a Nothing Phone (2)-like design.

It is expected to be a gaming-focused smartphone with the Gylph-like lighting interface of the Nothing Phone (2) at the back. Likely, it will be used for notifications and more.

Nothing founder Carl Pei reacted to the news.

He Tweeted, "Time to get the lawyers ready! 😂" 

While his Tweet seems like a joke, Pei's answer to the question "Is the glyph patented?" is "Yeah we have to protect our innovations".

Anyway, Mukul Sharma @stufflistings claims that it will be under a completely new GT series branding and it will be priced much less than the Nothing Phone (2). He also said that he can "confirm" that the new phone line will launch in India in August.
